Custom Sportfishing Boats

Our primary focus is Custom Sportfish Boat Construction.  The boats that we construct consist of a composite designed hull and superstructure.  Our boats are constructed utilizing Vacuum bagging and a Resin Infusion process consisting of Epoxy and/or Vinyl Ester resins, Kevlar, Carbon Fiber, Biaxial Fiberglass and Composite core.

Bonadeo Boatworks builds each boat by hand one at a time starting with conceptual ideas from the prospective owner, through the finalization with the naval engineer / designer.  From that point the construction process begins.

Each hull at Bonadeo begins with an owner, and that individual’s conceptual ideas form the basis for the boat.  This means the sky is the limit in terms of what an owner can have with Bonadeo Boatworks, who will build anywhere from 30’ up to 50’ while always delivering a soft ride, high-tech construction and one off design.

With the composite cross linked structural foams available today, a vessel can be built lighter, stronger and with positive buoyancy, even in the 60 foot class.  These vessels can still be as custom and sea kindly as the wooden cored technology, with the positive attributes listed above and also the advantages of no rot or insect problems.  The weight savings of the cored hull also equate to fuel savings.
