Cammie Schniedwind

Marketing Manager

Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Cammie has spent most of her life on the water. From boating with her family to competitively sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, her connection to the marine industry started long before her career. Her background as a collegiate athlete and early experience in marketing and communications helped shape the creative and hands-on approach she brings to her work today.

Since joining Intrinsic Yacht & Ship in 2024, Cammie has helped grow the company’s marketing presence and shape how the brand connects with its audience. As Marketing Manager, she leads Intrinsic’s marketing strategy and oversees its digital presence, advertising, content creation, and events. She enjoys the creative side of marketing just as much as the strategy behind it and takes pride in finding new ways to showcase the company and the boating lifestyle she’s always known.

Outside of work, Cammie coaches high school girls’ lacrosse, enjoys spending time with family and friends, and is usually finding her way back to the water.
