Originally from Northern Virginia, Allison Welck has proudly called Maryland home for the past 20 years and currently resides in Edgewater with her two teenage children. Her love for boating and life on the water began at an early age while spending summers at Lake Anna, experiences that sparked a lasting connection to the boating lifestyle she still enjoys today.

Whether she’s out on a boat, paddleboarding, exploring waterfront destinations, or simply enjoying a sunrise or sunset on the water, being near the water has always been Allison’s happy place. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending quality time with family and friends.

After many successful years in real estate, Allison transitioned into the marine industry, where she combines her strong background in client service, organization, and operations with her passion for boating. As Operations Manager at Intrinsic Yacht & Ship, she plays an important role in helping create a seamless experience for both customers and team members through her thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach and attention to detail.

Blake Stephenson joined the Intrinsic Yacht & Ship team in 2020 and currently serves as Sales Manager, bringing a unique blend of marine design expertise and lifelong boating experience to the role. Originally from North Carolina, Blake grew up boating and fishing, developing an early passion for life on the water that ultimately shaped his career path.

Blake earned his degree in Industrial and Marine Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and began his career as a yacht designer in Annapolis. His background in marine design and construction gives him a deep understanding of both performance and functionality, allowing him to guide clients toward boats that truly fit their lifestyle and boating goals. After transitioning into sales, Blake discovered a passion for building relationships and helping customers navigate every step of the ownership experience.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys fishing and spending time on the water with his wife, daughter, and their dog, Virginia.

Her passion for teamwork, communication, and performance continued throughout college, where she balanced life as a student-athlete while gaining professional marketing experience as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for a nonprofit organization.

Since joining Intrinsic Yacht & Ship in 2024, Cammie has played an important role in shaping the company’s marketing presence and brand growth. She brings a creative and modern approach to digital marketing, helping keep Intrinsic’s platforms engaging, current, and aligned with the evolving marine industry. Chris was born and raised around the Chesapeake, spending much of his childhood on the water—sailing with his parents and cruising on powerboats with his grandfather. After graduating from college, what was meant to be a summer job selling boats quickly turned into a lifelong career. Chris immersed himself in the industry, learning everything he could about every type of boat.

In 2001, he founded Intrinsic Yacht & Ship, starting with a small group of loyal clients whom he guided through buying and selling boats time and again. As the business grew, so did his team, expanding into full-service brokerage and maintenance operations.

Today, boating remains one of Chris’s greatest passions—especially sportfishing, where he’s competed in countless tournaments throughout the Mid-Atlantic with impressive results. When he’s not at the helm or helping clients find their perfect boat, you can find Chris spending quality time on the water with his wife and twins.

Known as a highly respected boat handler, Conor takes great pride in treating every client’s vessel with the same level of care and attention he would give his own. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to delivering timely results have earned him a strong reputation throughout the local boating community. Outside of work, Conor enjoys spending time on the water aboard his restored Holby Pilot 19. Growing up, many of his summers were spent cruising the Chesapeake Bay with his family aboard their 29-foot cabin cruiser, experiences that helped shape the lifelong passion for boating he continues to share today.

Grady brings more than 20 years of experience in the boating industry, along with a lifelong passion for life on the water. An accomplished sailor and boater, he has raced and cruised boats around the world, logged countless offshore miles aboard both sailing and motor yachts, and continues to enjoy fishing and boating locally with his family aboard their custom-built Judge center console.

Throughout his career, Grady has developed extensive expertise in custom boat construction, brokerage, and yacht management, with experience spanning projects in both the United States and Europe. His broad industry knowledge and global perspective allow him to help clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process while planning for their long-term boating goals. Captain Eric Blanks brings years of hands-on boating and offshore fishing experience to the Intrinsic Yacht & Ship team. Having spent countless hours running boats along the East Coast—both recreationally and in competitive tournament settings—Eric has developed a deep understanding of vessel performance, functionality, and what makes each boat unique on the water.

Throughout his career, Eric has operated a wide variety of boats, ranging from classic sportfishing vessels to many of today’s most sought-after models. In addition to his time behind the helm, he has also been closely involved in the construction and outfitting of high-end boats, giving him valuable technical insight that benefits both buyers and sellers throughout the ownership process. His real-world experience and approachable personality make him a trusted resource for clients looking to find the right fit for their boating lifestyle.

A Maryland native, Ray has spent nearly his entire life on or around the water, spending summers in Ocean City since the 1960s and building a lifelong passion for boating, diving, and the marine industry. His extensive background on the water began early, becoming a certified NAUI diver at just 14 years old and later exploring shipwrecks and dive sites along the East Coast and around the world.

Ray proudly served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman Petty Officer and SMDR, spending two years aboard a destroyer traveling internationally while earning his certification as a helmsman. During his military service, he was stationed in Okinawa with the Marines as part of the FMF 3rd FSSG and had the opportunity to live and travel throughout Asia, including Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and the Philippines.

With more than 26 years of experience in the marine industry as a Service and Operations Manager, Ray brings extensive hands-on knowledge, leadership, and boating expertise to the Intrinsic Yacht & Ship team. Over the years, he has operated boats and yachts throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the Florida Keys while continuing to enjoy time on the water with his family aboard their 30-foot O’Day sailboat.

Outside of work, Ray enjoys golfing with his father and spending time with his wife of 42 years, their three children, and nine grandchildren.

Scott brings decades of hands-on boating, sportfishing, and yachting experience to the Intrinsic Yacht & Ship sales team. Raised in Lancaster County, Scott spent much of his childhood boating and fishing with his family on the Chesapeake Bay and in Ocean City, Maryland, where his passion for life on the water first began.

After discovering offshore fishing in the early 1990s, Scott built an extensive career working aboard private sportfishing boats and luxury motor yachts throughout the East Coast, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Central America. Over the years, he earned his STCW-95 certification, SCUBA certification, and 100-Ton Master’s License while captaining vessels and traveling thousands of miles by sea. In 2012, Scott transitioned into yacht sales after founding Atlantic Marine Detailing, combining his technical expertise and real-world boating knowledge to help clients make confident purchasing decisions.

Since joining Intrinsic in 2017, Scott has become a trusted resource for boaters throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Outside of work, he enjoys offshore fishing and spending time with his wife, Missy, and their two sons.
