Grady is a lifelong boater with a wealth of experience, having sailed and raced boats around the world, logged countless offshore miles in both motor and sailing yachts, and spent time locally fishing and boating with his family on his custom-built Judge center console. With a 20-year career in the boating industry, Grady has extensive experience ranging from custom boat builds in the US and Europe to discovering unique brokerage opportunities worldwide, giving him a broad skill set to meet his clients' needs.

Grady finds the most fulfillment in helping clients buy and sell boats, manage their current vessels, and plan for their future boating adventures. "This is the personal side of the business that I truly enjoy. The boating industry is fast-paced, especially with the influence of the internet in the buying and selling process, so I stay on top of the latest trends in tech, photography, and video to ensure my clients’ success."

When he’s not immersed in the boating world, Grady enjoys spending time with his family on their small farm and is often found with a camera in hand, capturing moments as an avid photographer.
