Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Jake has spent much of his life around the Chesapeake Bay and the boating lifestyle. Growing up in Cape St. Claire, he developed a passion for boating, fishing, crabbing, and spending time on the water with family and friends aboard a variety of center console boats.

Before joining Intrinsic Yacht & Ship, Jake gained valuable experience working for another yacht sales and service company in Annapolis, where he worked closely with leading manufacturers including Tiara, Caymas, and Solace. His background includes warranty administration, service coordination, and managing the logistics of receiving and shipping vessels, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the customer ownership experience.

Jake’s greatest strength is communication. He understands that clear, consistent communication is one of the most important parts of customer service and takes pride in keeping customers informed throughout every stage of a project. Whether coordinating maintenance, managing service requests, or helping customers navigate the boating lifestyle, his goal is simple: keep people on the water and enjoying their boats.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his dog, Mako, who was named after his family’s beloved Mako boat. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he’s always ready to talk football, whether it’s college Saturdays or NFL Sundays.
