This boat was purchased from the original owner on Lake St. Claire. It was a Freshwater/Great Lakes boat until 2018 when it was purchased by the current owner and brought to the Chesapeake Bay. The boat was stored in a conditioned building during winters and has been lift kept since being brought to the Chesapeake Bay. Some notable work and upgrades since 2018 include:
Bottom Soda Blasted, (5) coats of Interprotect 200 applied, and (4) coats of Interlux Bottomkote NT applied (2019)
Garmin 942xs Plotter and Garmin GT23M-TH Transducer installed (2019)
All exterior brightwork was stripped and refinished (2021)
All exterior canvas was replaced with Sunbrella (2022)
Transom redone with composite (2023)
Electric Windlass added (2023)
This 1985 Viking 35 Express was a freshwater boat until being brought to the Chesapeake in early 2018. It has since been lift-kept, is in excellent condition, and is ready for a new owner!
