The 281 X Signature Edition model - crafted with Carbon Epoxy Construction throughout - is built on our 281 XSS model platform, yet is a unique model with features available only on this Signature Edition. This model package includes a Scout white hull w/ red accent stripe, Mercury 400R engine, custom diamond-pattern stitched upholstery with black and red accents, carbon fiber exposed hardtop legs and lids, carbon fiber Edson steering wheel, (2) 10ft black Power-Poles, a fish box conversion to release livewell on the starboard side, bow rod/cup holders, and more.

Additionally, this model comes standard with a custom painted transom with the signature of Scout’s CEO/Founder Steve Potts as well as one-of-a-kind 2nd station, which has full controls topside while allowing the captain to stand aft of the two helm seats, thus providing an unobstructed view for all. A Garmin Kraken 63” trolling motor which includes one 36V Li-Ion battery, battery charger and trolling motor plug is one of the notable options.Production on this model is limited to three per model year.
